i'm not really in the mood to write.

so this is briefly wht happened.

studio 8 reunion at sg congkak.

we departed from uia at abt 10 a.m.

we had bbq, mandi manda, lepaklepak and borakborak.

we stayed there until abt 3.30 pm.

then we stopped at the kl look out point.

again we lepaklepak and took some pics.

then we ate some ais kacang at Deen's.

it was so much fun.

n i was exhausted.

just do it anyway.

Suatu hari, Imam Al-Ghazali berkumpul dengan
murid-muridnya lalu beliau bertanya ( Teka Teki ) :
Imam Ghazali = ” Apakah yang paling dekat
dengan diri kita di dunia ini ?”
Murid 1 = ” Orang tua ”
Murid 2 = ” Guru ”
Murid 3 = ” Teman ”
Murid 4 = ” Kaum kerabat ”
Imam Ghazali = ” Semua jawaban itu benar. Tetapi
yang paling dekat dengan kita ialah MATI. Sebab
itu janji Allah bahawa setiap yang bernyawa pasti
akan mati ( Surah Ali-Imran :185).
Imam Ghazali = ” Apa yang paling jauh dari kita di
dunia ini ?”
Murid 1 = ” Negeri Cina ”

Murid 3 = ” Matahari ”

Iman Ghazali = ” Semua jawaban itu benar. Tetapi
yang paling benar adalah MASA LALU.

kita tidak akan dapat kembali ke masa yang lalu.
Oleh sebab itu kita harus menjaga hari ini, hari
esok dan hari-hari yang akan datang dengan
perbuatan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Agama”.

Allah SWT meminta mereka menjadi khalifah
(pemimpin) di dunia ini. Tetapi manusia dengan
sombongnya berebut-rebut menyanggupi
permintaan Allah SWT sehingga banyak manusia
masuk ke neraka kerana gagal memegang
amanah.”

2nd semester projects.

the first project for the 2nd semester is the conservation design project. contemporary islamic collection. we were supposed to design a contemporary product that come in series of 3 with islamic elements. i chose to design a sewing kit storage collection called the 'triple stitch'. this was so far my favourite. the subject matter is the triangle shape in the islamic pattern n the target users are tailors, housewives n everyone who sews. Why do I chose to make a sewing kit collection? Because believe it or not I happen to like sewing.

the 2nd project during the semester is the industrial design project. we were to design a chair made up of corrugated boards. and no glue is allowed. and can be sit upon. the subject matter for my corrugated chair is water lily and the target user is teenagers. the name of the chair is Lili. Why do i chose to make this kine of chair? Err, I'm not sure it just came out in one of my sketches.

the 3rd and last project is the interior design project. this project is important for me because i wanted to major in interior design. we were to design an exhibition stand for a company of our choice in a 3m x 3m x 4.5m space. we were divided into three groups. the arts n crafts, information and research & development. i was in the R&D group n i chose to design an exhibition stand for the Malaysian Dental Association. Why do I chose to make an exhibition stand for the Malaysian Dental Association? Because I used to want to be a dentist but I guess it's just not my destiny and now I'm a designer! wohoo!

after a while.

it has bee such a long time since i last wrote.i've been busy with the projects n all.
n now it's the holidays.i have time to write again.

this 2nd semester is so far the hardest, n is a life-changing period. and i'm not only talking about the studies. a lot has happened. i started knowing ppl better,n able to know myself better.
i havent write in a long time n now i have so much to say i dunno where to start. the projects are tougher. n there was the streamlining process. i got into interior design.alhamdulillah.
there were ppl around me. they started to play a huge role in my life.which was not so significant before. i realized a lot of things. the bubbles around me started to pop.

i got tested with so many things. in every aspects. i've tossed n turned n still havent yet found the answers. the answers to all the questions in my head. n then new questions started developing. leaving all the old questions behind unsolved. i'm trying to put all the pieces together. 'where do i stand?', 'what role do i play?', 'where should i go?', 'what should i do?', 'why am i here?' and a zillion more questions keep popping in my mind.

all the insignificant things before became clearer n i realized there's a lot more than what the eyes can see.

2nd sem starts now.

it has been a week since the 2nd sem starts.

n there are already piles of work to do.

the projects have started.

the holidays are too short.

still staying in the same room in nusaibah.

during our exam week, me,anis,dila,jannah,faiz,azhar,mondok n zul went to ou to hav some fun.

yeah during the exam week. we finally met jannah which i haven't met since i went off to gombak.

we went to cfs pj first to take our muet slips then off to ou. we watched 2012 n it was great. then we went bowling. after tht jannah n anis went for window shopping n tht leaves the rest of us playing pool. we were not tht good. doing something u're not good at was hilarious.especially when all of us sucked.except for azhar kot (heh).

then we said gdbye to the boys n i sent jannah home. after tht we went to kunangkunang. ate some dinner n lepak until it was like 11.45 pm. luckily the pak guard didn't stop us at the gate or i'll get another compund. we were so exhausted n we cancelled movie night. at the end of the day i just wanna take a ahower n sleep.it has been a great day tho.

we didn't get tht much sleep for the last few days n my mind was jst one big blur.

nervous as hell.

i got mdm zaza as the lecturer tht has to hear the babblings about my project.

luckily it went well.

a few comments from mdm zaza but it was ok i guess.

the portfolio day almost seems like a jamuan hari raya for us.

even though raya had passed.

yeah we didn't quite enjoy raya this year.

this was kind of the time to have fun.

after all the exhausting projects n sleepless nights.

the finals r not really a burden to us.

we dont hav tht much ppr.

no projects means there's a lot of free time although we also have to study for the finals.

i guess the time for us to party is during the exam wik.

ahaha.

because i felt so free.

i saw all my friends from the other courses studying like mad.
